My name is Dr. Monisha Bhanote and I’ve got an invitation for you.

My heart goes out to you if you've been struggling to achieve your wellness goals. Over the past three decades, I have been surrounded by health and wellness, but it was not truly a state of wellbeing. Like you, I have tried 6am bootcamps, the number system for meals, and pretty much every fad lifestyle you have. Guess what? They're not sustainable, and they're also not healthy.

My goal isn't to tell you to do cross-fit five times a week or drink celery juice and eat cabbage soup forever.  My message to you is that being in tune with what your body needs will lead to an optimal state of mind, body, and spirit.
