#CELLCARE INGREDIENT HEALTH BENEFITS
DATES | NATURE’S ENERGY BOOSTER
Dates are rich in natural sugars, fiber, and essential minerals like potassium and magnesium. They support digestive health, help regulate energy levels, and provide quick, sustained fuel for the body and brain. Dates also contain antioxidants that combat oxidative stress, promoting vitality and cellular protection.
ALMONDS | BRAIN-BOOSTING GOOD FATS
Almonds are an excellent source of vitamin E, magnesium, and plant-based protein. These heart-healthy nuts help support brain function, hormone balance, and stable blood sugar levels. Their healthy fats nourish your cells, enhance skin glow, and provide steady energy throughout the day.
CINNAMON | BALANCES BLOOD SUGAR & BOOSTS CIRCULATION
Cinnamon adds a naturally sweet, warming flavor while improving blood flow and helping regulate blood sugar levels. It’s rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that support metabolic health and balance.
WELLKHANA KITCHEN RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
Âľ cup raw almonds
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber + omega-3s)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
1–2 teaspoons warm water (if needed for texture)
Unsweetened shredded coconut (for rolling)
Instructions:
Blend the Base | In a food processor, combine the almonds and pulse until finely chopped. Add the dates, cinnamon, vanilla, chia seeds, and sea salt. Blend until the mixture begins to stick together.
Adjust Texture | If the mixture feels too dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of warm water to help it bind. You’re looking for a soft, dough-like consistency that holds when pressed.
Shape the Rolls | Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture, roll it into a ball, and then gently shape into a small log or roll.
Coat and Set | Roll each piece in shredded coconut for a natural coating. Place the finished rolls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
Serve and Store | Enjoy straight from the fridge or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Optional Add-Ins:
A dash of maca powder for hormone and energy support
Crushed cacao nibs for an antioxidant boost
Orange zest for a citrusy twist
