EDITOR'S LETTER
What Your Cells Are Missing

What if you're eating all the right foods, but your cells still aren't getting everything they need?

It's something I see frequently in clinical practice. People are making thoughtful food choices, paying attention to their nutrition, and still experiencing fatigue, digestive issues, or changes in energy. The missing piece may not be what's on their plates, but how effectively their bodies absorb and use those nutrients.

Vitamin B12, dietary fiber, and gut microbiome diversity are important examples of how nutrition influences cellular health. From energy production and immune function to digestion and repair, our cells depend on more than simply what we eat.

This is why I emphasize #CellCare. When we understand how nutrition supports our cells, we can make more intentional choices that influence how we feel, function, and age.

In this week's Journal, we're exploring vitamin B12, fiber, plant diversity, and simple ways to bring more nourishment into your daily meals.

Eating well is the starting point. Helping your body make the most of that nourishment is what matters for long-term health.

Be Inspired,
