PINEAPPLE | DIGESTIVE & ANTI-INFLAMMATORY AID

Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme known for its ability to reduce inflammation and enhance protein digestion. It also provides immune-supportive vitamin C for post-workout recovery.

SPINACH | CHLOROPHYLL & IRON POWERHOUSE

Spinach delivers magnesium, iron, and plant-based chlorophyll that oxygenate cells and boost mitochondrial energy. It’s a gentle detoxifier and supports hormone metabolism.

BLUEBERRY | BRAIN & CELL PROTECTOR

Blueberries are longevity all-stars, rich in polyphenols and anthocyanins that protect brain cells from oxidative stress. They improve memory, cognition, and DNA repair at a cellular level.
