Meet Your Mentor

Hi there, Aspiring Wellness Entrepreneur! My name is Dr. Monisha!

The Wellness Leadership Lab is the culmination of years of work as a physician dedicated to improving the quality of life for people. Ninety-five percent of health happens outside the doctor's office, thus inspiring me to start my holistic wellness business, Wellkulå.

Starting a business was a very isolating process that caused many days of second-guessing and pondering my next move.

I learned how to help people as a physician, but I did not learn how to grow a wellness business.

Being an organized visionary is one of my strengths, so I structured my business plan. As soon as I put the puzzle pieces together, I realized how much impact I could make on my clients.

Wellness Leadership Lab was created to serve all aspiring wellness business owners.  Now I'm here to help you become a successful wellness business owner!

We need more healers in our world, wouldn't you agree? ✨

If you are not sure I am the right mentor for you, and you are one of those who looks for a complete resume before investing in a mentor, then here is the bio you may want to read. 😉

Monisha Bhanote, MD, FCAP, ABOIM, CCMS, YMTS, is a quintuple board-certified integrative lifestyle physician, world-renowned health and wellness expert, author, creative, yoga & meditation teacher, nutrigenomics biohacker, functional culinary medicine chef, and entrepreneur.  (Multi-passionate women cannot be niched, can they?)

I have been featured in many online publications and am a Medical Expert network for Healthline Media and Health Central.  I also serve on the Clinical Advisory Board for Life & Breath Foundation and the Let's Beat Breast Cancer Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine organizations.

These are just a few highlights.  It took me a lot of hard work and diligence to accomplish this on my own. And now, I'm here to teach you what I have spent over 25 years learning in the health and wellness industry.

When I started, I wish I had a group of women like the ones in the Wellness Leadership Lab. So here is your chance to join this community too.

What do you need to do to make an impact in the wellness industry?
