Dr. Monisha Bhanote, your Wellbeing Teacher, will guide you through three Wellbeing Sessions that are designed to introduce you to the latest science in health and wellness while providing you with rituals and techniques you can apply throughout your daily life on your return home. These sessions will teach you how to easily incorporate more plants into your nutrition, reduce toxins, and optimize your sleep and recovery for optimal cellular regeneration.

Yely Rivas-Staley, your Mindfulness Teacher, will guide you through daily guided meditations, yoga practices, and three Mindful Selfcare classes that are designed to break the stigma associated with self care. In these classes, you will learn what selfcare is, why it is important, and how to customize your self-care routine.
