#Cellcare ingredient health benefits

KALE | CHLOROPHYLL-RICH & DETOXIFYING SUPERGREEN

Kale is one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. It’s packed with chlorophyll, vitamins A, C, and K, and essential minerals like calcium and magnesium. These nutrients help support detoxification, boost immunity, and protect against oxidative stress. The high fiber content also supports healthy digestion and gut flora balance.

OLIVE OIL | ANTIOXIDANT & HEART-HEALTHY GOOD FAT

Cold-pressed olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fats and polyphenols that support cardiovascular health and cellular repair. It helps absorb fat-soluble vitamins from greens like kale and enhances nutrient bioavailability. Olive oil also contains anti-inflammatory compounds that help maintain youthful, radiant skin

SEA SALT | TRACE MINERAL BALANCE

Unlike refined salt, mineral-rich sea salt provides trace elements such as magnesium, potassium, and zinc that support hydration and nervous system balance. A pinch adds flavor while replenishing electrolytes naturally.

WELLKHANA KITCHEN RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 large bunch curly kale (about 6 cups, stems removed)

  • 1–2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt (adjust to taste)

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast or a pinch of smoked paprika for extra flavor

Instructions:

1. Prep the Kale | Wash and thoroughly dry the kale leaves — moisture will prevent crisping. Tear the leaves into evenly sized pieces, removing thick stems.

2. Massage the Flavor | In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the kale. Massage gently for 1–2 minutes until the leaves soften and are evenly coated. Sprinkle it with sea salt (and any optional seasonings like nutritional yeast).

3. Dehydrate | Arrange kale pieces in a single layer on dehydrator trays. Dehydrate at 115°F (46°C) for 6–8 hours, or until completely dry and crisp. (For the oven method: bake at the lowest setting, around 200°F/93°C, for 20–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.)

4. Cool & Store | Let the chips cool before storing in an airtight glass jar to maintain crispness.

5. Enjoy | Snack on these nutrient-packed chips anytime you crave something salty and crunchy — guilt-free and deeply nourishing!

Optional Flavor Variations:

  • Zesty Lemon: Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and a sprinkle of lemon zest before dehydrating.

  • Spicy Turmeric: Toss with a pinch of turmeric and cayenne for a warming twist.

  • Cheezy Boost: Add 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast and ½ teaspoon garlic powder for a savory, plant-based “cheese” flavor.
