#Cellcare ingredient health benefits

CACAO | MOOD-BOOSTING ANTIOXIDANT POWERHOUSE

Cacao is rich in magnesium, flavonoids, and theobromine — compounds that enhance mood, support heart health, and fight oxidative stress. Unlike processed cocoa, raw cacao preserves its potent phytonutrients, helping regulate inflammation and elevate mental clarity.

HEMP SEEDS | COMPLETE PLANT PROTEIN + OMEGA BALANCE

Hemp seeds provide all nine essential amino acids, making them a perfect plant-based protein source. They also contain an ideal ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids, supporting brain, skin, and hormonal balance.

DATES | NATURE’S CARAMEL + DIGESTIVE SUPPORT

Medjool dates not only give natural sweetness but also supply fiber, potassium, and antioxidants. They help regulate digestion, sustain energy levels, and promote gut motility — all while making these bites deliciously fudgy.

WELLKHANA KITCHEN RECIPE

Ingredients:

1 cup Medjool dates, pitted

  • ½ cup raw almonds or walnuts

  • ¼ cup hemp seeds

  • ¼ cup cacao powder

  • 1 scoop (about 25g) plant-based chocolate or vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or tahini

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1–2 tablespoons water (as needed for blending)

Optional Coatings:

  • Shredded coconut

  • Crushed freeze-dried berries

  • Extra cacao powder

  • Hemp seeds

Instructions:

1. Blend the Base | Add dates, nuts, and hemp seeds to a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped and slightly sticky.

2. Add the Superfoods | Add cacao powder, protein powder, chia seeds, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt. Blend again until the mixture forms a thick, dough-like consistency. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time if needed.

3. Roll into Bites | Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls using your hands.

4. Add the Finishing Touch | Roll each bite in shredded coconut, hemp seeds, or cacao powder for extra texture and visual appeal.

5. Chill & Set | Place bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.

6. Store & Enjoy | Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage.

Optional Garnishes:

  • Drizzle with melted dark chocolate (sugar-free)

  • Sprinkle of flaky sea salt for a salted fudge flavor

  • Dust with maca powder for extra hormone balance support
