3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tamari or coconut aminos
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Ingredients for Chimichurri Sauce:
1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade | In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, tamari, garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and sea salt.
Marinate the Mushrooms | Brush the marinade generously over both sides of the mushroom caps. Let them sit for 15–20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
